Built the house we wanted! The community is filled with like-minded people like us who love their toys. Some of us have motorcycles, like us, and some of us have an RV, like us, and we've got neighbors who have boats! The builder is one of the best in the county, and the developer offers a big homesite. What I really like, was how the Developer and his assistant, took care of us when we went to all the vendors to make our selections. They didn't let us over spend, they kept us on budget, and they even took us out to lunch all week while we made our custom choices. We're so glad me made our decisions to move here. We have everything, and we're only 15 minutes from lots of shopping and restaurants. But best of all, we don't have those nasty high taxes and insurance bill like we did in south Florida. We are in the process of building in this great neighborhood. It is not for everyone but is perfect for us. We will have a huge RV garage so it will no longer be stored at a facility. We will not be paying for pool, tennis and clubhouse amenities which we never used in our previous community. The homes are very well built with attention to the smallest detail. They are totally custom so we pick and do what we have always wanted in previous homes but never did. We have already met some very nice neighbors. We cannot say enough wonderful things about working with Neil, Adrianna, Holland and all the vendors associated with them. We love Lake Weir Preserve! We built our home here in 2021 and have been enjoying the beautiful area for the last year. There were several factors in driving us to pursue living here, amongst them the nice RV style homes that had already been constructed in the neighborhood. I found the developer Neil to be super friendly and anxious to help us find the best location in the development for our home. Many suitable options for us. As mentioned in other reviews, Adriana is amazing and helps coordinate the building process and selection of finishes for your home. I am a former builder of 10 years and wish I had been able to provide this level of service for my clients!
